The University of California San Diego Campus and Medical Centers are committed to sustainability across all disciplines including  food services.  In this regard they developed a long term Sustainable Food Services Plan.  Currently all eggs and egg products served in the Housing, Dining and Hospitality areas are Certified Humane Raised and Handled®.  Certified Humane® is honored to be part of this effort.
