All beef and poultry served at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill is now certified humane, according to the Miami-based company, which says it’s the first fast-casual restaurant chain to achieve that designation. The certifying group, Humane Farm Animal Care, requires that animals be fed a nutritious diet without antibiotics or hormones and raised with shelter, resting areas and sufficient space from birth to slaughter;
