Food Trends Expert Spreads the Certified Humane® Message
Food trends expert Dana McCauley interviewed me at SIAL Canada, North America’s Premier Agri-food event earlier this year during a workshop session.
Dana loved learning “Why must we all care? about how farm animals are raised so much that she shared her thoughts on Humane Farm Animal Care and the Certified Humane® label on Food Trends TV, a YouTube channel that publishes and curates the best food trends.
Dana’s background is impressive. She’s held the position Vice President of Marketing for Plats du Chef, an internationally successful frozen foods company, until January 2015. She was an on-air judge for seasons one and two of Canadian reality TV show Recipe to Riches, and continues to contribute frequently as an expert food trend and innovation source for the media. She’s authored four books, all published by top tier publishers, which have sold over 200,000 copies worldwide.
We’re always excited when food industry experts understand the importance of raising farm animals humanely and help us spread the Certified Humane® message.
Check out her Food Trends TV and thank her for supporting Certified Humane®.
