The Spring Fling Festival and Tag Sale will be held this Saturday, May 21, from 8:30 to 4:30 at the Parish of Christ’s Church, 59 Church Road in Easton. Along with a wide array of tag sale items for sale, the event features musical acts, all-natural foods and a silent auction. Children may enjoy hayrides and the extensive playground, where child care will be provided.

Musical highlights include the Jackson Pike Skifflers from 11 to noon and the Helen Keller Middle School Select Choir at 2. George Phillips on violin and students from Greenfield Hill Piano Studio will play throughout the day.

Instead of the traditional barbecue of burgers and franks, the food tent will feature fresh, all-natural foods and Certified Humane® meats, including breakfast wraps with uncured bacon, free-range chicken salad sandwiches, gourmet tuna salad sandwiches, organic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fresh-squeezed lemonade, homemade strawberry shortcake, and more. In addition, a local organic gardener will be selling plants and vegetables.

The Spring Fling silent auction has many exclusive offerings, including a season of snowplowing, massage therapy, acupuncture sessions, and an Orion telescope.

The event will be held rain or shine.
