Recently, a truck carrying roughly 3,000 pounds of certified organic, Certified Humane® turkey from Ayrshire Farm arrived at D.C. Central Kitchen (DCCK).   The turkeys are a gift from Ayrshire Farm, located in Upperville, Va., and will be served in holiday meals and school lunches.
