I’m in Miami for the next couple of the days and I couldn’t be more excited! The weather is perfect! The ocean is warming up and tropical fruits are in season! Especially mango!!!

But today I will talk about.. eggs.. I went to Whole Foods the other day and I bought “organic Humanely Raised Outdoor” eggs from “Vital Farms” company. Also, the label claims that it’s “Certified Humane®”.

Lonneke already wrote about “Green Valley” yogurt that is also labeled as “Certified Humane®”, which means that farm animals are raised in a humane condition….
